INCREASED CAPACITY
Wi-Fi 6E features 7* ultra-fast 160Mhz channels to deliver multi-gigabit speeds with connections that are both stable and consistent. It dramatically increases network capacity while reducing bandwidth congestion to deliver higher performance to every Wi-Fi 6E connected device.
THE NETWORK OF THE FUTURE
Wi-Fi 6E leverages the benefits of the new license-free radio spectrum of the 6 GHz bandwidth which will be dedicated only to Wi-Fi 6E enabled devices. This means that older devices will not interfere with the performance of Wi-Fi 6E.
INSTANT CONNECTION
As the new 6 GHz bandwidth is exclusively reserved for Wi-Fi 6E devices, the DFS (Dynamic Frequency Selection) function is not necessary, which prevents interference with, for example, air traffic control radars. This means devices can be connected faster, without the delay imposed by DFS.

6 GHZ POWER AMPLIFIER AND 1.8 GHZ QUAD-CORE PROCESSOR
The new 6 GHz power amplifier built into the ROG Rapture GT-AXE1100 router boosts both signal strength and quality. The 1.8GHz 64-bit quad-core processor and 1GB RAM achieve parallel data processing to increase throughput speed when it needs to support data from multiple different devices, so as to achieve high performance even on busy Wi-Fi 6E networks.

OPTIMIZED ANTENNAS
To reduce power loss and maximize the GT-AXE1100’s wireless coverage, ROG engineers reduced the distance between the motherboard connectors and the antennas. This new antenna configuration improves the strength of the signal whatever its direction, each of the eight antennas being correctly isolated from the others, in particular those of the 6 GHz band.

EFFICIENT COOLING
Heat is destructive to performance, which is why the GT-AXE1100 is designed in such a way that it can effectively dissipate the heat generated through ventilation openings located on the upper, lower and side areas of its structure. The top and side vents line up perfectly with the internal heatsink as well as the large bottom vent to create vertical air convection that greatly enhances airflow through the router.
