Innovation made convenient

Built-in storage: Thanks to the first-ever² innovative hinge design the full-size Dell Active Pen³ can be stored securely and accessed easily in any mode, even when the laptop is closed.

Convenience at hand: The included Dell Active Pen allows you to sketch, take notes and write clearly and it is designed to fit perfectly in the pen garage.

Stay cool: Specially designed for advanced heat dissipation, our hinge keeps air flowing through the back of your machine so your device always stays cool wherever you are.

Productivity comes in four modes

Four modes: With an innovative design, the versatile and lightweight Inspiron 13 7000 2-in-1 Black Edition allows you to switch easily between four different modes. Tent mode is perfect for using recipes in real time, stand mode for movies on the airplane, laptop mode for typing your novel or emailing work and tablet mode makes reading while you’re reclined easier than ever.

USB Type-C™ port: The multifunctional port gives expanded peripheral compatibility, while supporting DisplayPort and Power Delivery, and allows you to plug into a variety of configurations and devices with one easy connection. The port supports Thunderbolt™ 3 and allows for data transfers of up to 40Gbps – giving you 8 times the speed.

Adaptive Thermals: Your 2-in-1 is smart enough to know when it is in your hands, lap or on a desk.  This allows it to intelligently adapt its thermal profiles to stay cool. Discomfort is avoided and full power is unleashed when stationary on a desk for maximum productivity.

All the little extras: Take advantage of Cortana for hands-free everyday commands and Windows Hello with fingerprint login to get started with just a single touch.

ExpressCharge Boost™: Go from 0% up to 35% in as little as 20 minutes⁴ to jump start your laptop and not worry about hopping from power outlet to outlet. Get up to 80% charge in as fast as an hour⁴ to be ready for your longer excursions.

Sleek design. Seamless experience

Narrow border: The elegant 3-sided narrow border design gives you added screen space in a smaller design. The 4k UHD touch display lets you view your screen from a wide range of angles.

Hinge like no other: The new hinge is sleek and reduces the number of lines interrupting the style of the laptop.  The vents through the hinge are hidden, making the backside design look even better. Additionally, when using the 2-in-1 on a desk in laptop mode, the backside is elevated for even better airflow.

Perfecting metals: Tightly stamped edges on the cover and palm rest are crisp yet gentle on the hands, while contrasting surface finishes of anodized, hairline and diamond cuts harmonize throughout the aluminum interior and exterior.

Premium keyboard: Experience sleek design and total integration with a brand-new power key that doubles as a fingerprint reader that allows you to log in with a single touch.

Capture it all

4-element lens: The new miniaturized webcam has a 4-element lens that uses more elements than typical webcams to deliver sharp video in all areas of the frame.

Active alignment: The lens is assembled with extremely precise machinery to ensure that all points of the image are in focus.

Temporal noise reduction: Using advanced noise reduction, video quality is significantly improved, especially in dim lighting conditions.

Miniaturization: The webcam combines the best of both worlds with a camera that stays at the top center of the display, with a narrow border, while still improving the overall image quality.
