It is designed for retail, transportation and logistics, manufacturing, healthcare and utility applications and features the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon octa-core 2.0 GHz processor and wireless connectivity via NFC, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1 and 4G LTE. Its 5.5-inch Gorilla Glass touchscreen interface and ergonomic industrial design greatly enhance user comfort and experience. Its lightweight and slim design makes it easy to use with one hand and carry comfortably in your pocket throughout the day. The 13 megapixel rear camera allows you to capture high-resolution images, while the 5 megapixel front camera allows you to communicate via video. The EDA52 incorporates the powerful new Honeywell S0703 scan engine that allows you to quickly read barcodes, even if they are damaged or incomplete. Equipped with a rugged housing and IP67 sealing, the EDA52 can operate in harsh environments and demanding conditions. A 4,500 mAh battery allows for extended, uninterrupted use between charges. The battery is also compatible with Quick Charge 3.0 and can be easily removed. The EDA52 (WWAN version) can accommodate a nano SIM and an eSIM simultaneously. The EDA52 is based on Android 11 and can be upgraded to Android 13 to minimise maintenance issues and ensure support for future features. For users of existing Honeywell mobile devices, the EDA52 is backwards compatible with existing Honeywell accessories and the ScanPal EDA51 single charging cradle by adding an adapter.
