For instance, Glance software lets track your screen time, check your posture, and adopt the 20-20-20 habit: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. There’s also the option of an Eyesafe® certified low blue-light display to help lessen eye fatigue.

Designed for busy on-the-go professionals, the ThinkPad T14 Gen 3 can run all day on a single charge. It comes with an array of ports, including Intel® Thunderbolt™ 4 and HDMI, and has blazing-fast Intel® WiFi 6E connectivity. It also has a backlit keyboard with TrackPoint and TrackPad for an enhanced, all-around typing experience.
*WiFi 6E requires Windows 11 Pro. Operation is dependent on the support of the operating system, routers/APs/gateways that support WiFi 6E, along with the regional regulatory
certifications and spectrum allocation.

Lean, mean, & green
Even with all its productivity- and creativity-enhancing features, this ThinkPad was designed with the planet in mind. We used recycled post-consumer content (PCC), such as plastic and natural materials, in various components, including the speaker enclosure, battery compartment, and adapter. It also comes with recycled and/or sustainably forested packaging and recycled PCC cardboard cushioning.
Proven reliability & durability
We use the US Department of Defense’s MIL-STD 810H standards to create a balance of reliability and durability for our ThinkPad laptops. Measured against 12 stringent standards and more than 200 quality checks, they can run in the harshest of conditions, from the Arctic wilderness to desert dust storms. Our tests also include temperature, pressure, humidity, vibration, and more.
