Stylish revolution: With the REV220 ATX midi tower, an elegant case design with subtle RGB lighting meets a new concept in PC case configuration. The hardware components are installed vertically around a mainboard which has been rotated by 90 degrees. This results in an unconventional eye-catcher, which is displayed behind the extra-large side panel made of tempered glass. With five pre-installed 120 mm fans and a mesh grille case cover, a powerful airflow is always ensured, allowing actively cooled graphics cards to be used without any compromises. A cable compartment under the top panel as well as a power supply tunnel on the bottom panel both ensure a tidy appearance and stylishly complement the elegant design.

Noble Carbon Fiber Look. The minimalist front panel is presented in a carbon fiber look. Set in the middle of this is a silver-framed aluminium plate with a diamond cut. The REV220 thus appeals to users who will not only value the visibility of the installed hardware, but who also appreciate a high-quality case design. The subtle RGB background lighting around the central plate contributes to the atmospheric illumination and lends a colorful touch to the front of the case.

A Case Configuration Turned on its Head. As with all the cases of the REV series, the REV220 represents a completely new concept in terms of case configuration. Here, the hardware components are installed around a mainboard which is turned 90 degrees. Apart from its visual appeal, the case provides a fully new experience in terms of building and modding. The mainboard connections and the slots for add-on cards are also turned 90 degrees and are accommodated in a cable compartment with a magnetically attached cover. This and the various cable pass-throughs, which have been tailored to the case design, ensure neatness and tidiness inside the case.

A Fresh Wind on All Levels. At the front of the case, side air intakes and three pre-installed 120 mm fans maintain a strong inward flow of air. In addition, two addressable RGB 120 mm fans effectively convey the warmed air out through the back of the case while, at the same time, providing an atmospheric illumination for the installed hardware. If more cooling performance is needed, the three fans behind the front panel can be exchanged for two 140 mm models, or, alternatively, a radiator with up to 360 mm. Also, the fans on the rear panel can be replaced by two 140 mm fans or by a radiator of up to 240 mm. For additional cooling, the magnetic cover on the top panel is perforated, which also allows the use of actively cooled graphics cards. Of course, the REV220 has stable, removable dust filters behind every opening for the intake of air. These can be simply cleaned using clear water.

The Perfect Stage for Hardware. Also on the outside, the REV220 turns its back on PC case conventions and has re-arranged the tempered glass side panel in such way that the case can be placed on the left side of the desktop without any compromises having to be made. The unusually installed hardware gets the stage it deserves through the tempered glass side panel, which has an added touch of sophistication by being inconspicuously attached via screw fittings on the back of the case. A pre-installed RGB controller allows the two addressable RGB fans, the front panel and, for even more lit highlights, additional LED components to be illuminated in 16.8 million colors. The fans of the REV220 are compatible with Asus Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light Sync, Gigabyte Fusion and ASRock Polychrome SYNC. For mainboards without the appropriate RGB connection which has a 5V-D-G or 5V-D-Coded-G pinout, the fans can be illuminated in 14 lighting modes using the RGB controller and a dedicated button on the top of the case.

Hardware without Compromises. Despite the innovative configuration of the REV series, no compromises must be made when selecting hardware. The REV220 also has space for large graphics cards with a length of up to 32.3 cm, power supplies with a length of 20 cm, and CPU coolers with a height of up to 16.5 cm. There is also space for up to two 3.5″ hard drives and two SSDs in removable cages within the power supply tunnel, as well as two further SSDs behind the mainboard tray.
