Use the MC110CS 10/100 Mb/s Single-Mode Media Converter from TP-Link to connect 100BASE-FX fiber to 100BASE-TX copper lines together. The MC110CS supports full wire transfer rates of up to 100 Mb/s and works at the 1310nm wavelength transmitting and receiving data with Full-Duplex mode for the FX port.
