The DCS-3410 is a universal IP camera designed for day and night shooting, indoor and outdoor applications using a protective enclosure. The camera is equipped with two digital ports for connecting external, additional sensors and 1 actuator. There is an RS-485 port for connecting external pan / tilt devices. With PoE support, you can easily install the DCS-3410 in a remote location where power outlets are unavailable. C DCS-3410 can use additional accessories, such as an auto iris lens, an infrared lens (IR), a night vision light and a protective all-weather enclosure.
Video support for 3G mobile phones
Streaming video from the DCS-3410 can be transferred over a 3G cellular network and displayed on a compatible mobile phone or PDA with a 3G video player. Within the 3GPP service area, users are offered flexible and convenient ways to remotely monitor a house or office in real time.
Dual encoding and multiple profiles
Simultaneous recording in MJPEG and MPEG-4 format for optimal image quality and bandwidth efficiency. In addition, the DCS-3410 simultaneously supports three profiles: Web-view (CIF and MPEG-4), monitoring via mobile phone 3G (QCIF and MPEG-4), and recording (D1 and MJPEG). The camera provides extensive security features, such as monitoring the office during a lunch break through a PDA with 3G support, managing the organization of folders with video files written to the network array (NAS), or managing the security system on the local network in real time.
