The Hikvision DS-KD8002-VM Outdoor Station is a VoIP door entry phone with an integrated keypad and camera, designed in a metal housing for use both in the home and in offices of any size. With features including HD video surveillance, noise suppression and echo cancellation for improved audio quality, magnetic and tamper-proof alarm functions, and IR detection, this Hikvision DS-KD8002-VM Metal Outdoor Station provides greater flexibility for building entry and an added level of safety to a user’s home or office.

Access Control

The Hikvision DS-KD8002-VM Outdoor Station can also control building access using a door equipped with a magnetic lock release, so visitors can open the door by swiping a registered card on the units RFID module. Cards can be issued to apartments, buildings, or to individuals – a maximum of 2500 cards can be registered. All successful swipes will be captured and uploaded to the control centre.

Please note: This device is not SIP compatible. PoE powering requirements for this device must to be met with a Hikvision compatible PoE switch (not included).
